  1. Review this policy to ensure eligibility for returning or exchanging an item within 14 days of receiving supplied order.
  2. Decide whether you wish to return or exchange the product. For returns, you’ll receive a refund equal to the purchase value. For exchanges, you can opt for a replacement of equivalent value.
  3. Ship the supplied item(s) along with a printed valid receipt.

  5. Please note that we do not accept returns of gift cards.
  6. A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns
  7. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost
  8. If your item(s) is defective or wrong, email us at sales@arabianflames.com with the subject title: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.

How to Return/Exchange

Step 1
Log in to abcxyz.com and view your order. Under My Orders, select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and state the reason.
You will receive an email within 1 to 2 days on your request status and given further instructions.
Retrieve the Return & Exchange form from the Order Status page if you did not receive it.
Pack the item(s) and the Return & Exchange form into the original packaging.
Step 3
mail the item(s) to us via your preferred shipment method.
Step 4
You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us. Further guidance will be provided via email.
  Refund Amount
We reserve the right to refuse your refund/exchange request if the goods exhibit signs of use.
Your right to return goods does not extend to items

    1. clearly personalized
    2. inherently non-returnable or liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
    3. sealed goods, which, upon unsealing, are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

 

    A product will be accepted as returned only when you are notified that it is accepted for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, limited to the eligible amount.
